Nature Mill

Deposit food waste any time, any day - up to 120 lbs (55kg) per month. For best results, cut items into small pieces. Items remain in the upper chamber under optimal composting conditions: mixing, air flow, heat, and moisture (see diagram). The energy released destroys odors, pathogens, and seed germination. It is later transferred through a trap door to the lower cure tray, where it continues to compost while you add fresh items to the upper chamber.

External Fridge

In China, because of their cold conditions, food is kept outside the window to preserve it, plus it frees up the kitchen space. This Chinese practice inspired Frenchman Nicolas Hubert to design the External Refrigerator. A fridge that hangs on the external wall of your home. The win-win situation here is that during winters the low temperatures help in conserving energy and keeping the fridge-items cold. And during summer, solar energy is harnessed via the solar panels, to power the fridge.

Pencil Sculpture !

I have seen many person creating art with pencil, but I have never saw someone create art in a pencil.
Interestingly, the carpenter uses three simple tools to build their works: a razor, sewing needles and knife. He still refuses to use a magnifying glass and never sold any of his works, which are given as gifts to friends. Dalton told the British website The Telegraph: Using sewing needle to dig holes or graffiti. Create lines of nowhere and slowly transform the graphite by hand. Dalton said he has more than 100 sculptures that were broken while he worked on them. He affectionately calls the collection cemetery.

Measure Fingers!

It is a device that caps your thumb and forefinger (or any 2 fingers) and uses the signals relayed between the two finger points to calculate the measurement.
The Smart Finger is made from silicon to fit to any finger size.
It can help measure length, breadth, and volume in a very intuitive way through simple button operations.
The distance (measurement) is calculated on the basis of the time taken by the signal to beam from one finger tip to the other and back.
The measured distance is displayed through LED and the device sports 2 buttons that help display the measurements in different units, record and store the measurement, calculate volume and area plus view the information in text format (details on how to operate are explained in the images).

It was designed by Choi Hyong-Suk, Jung Ji-hye & Yoo-Jin Park
